For GPS and just good old internet best practices we need ssl authentication

[ ] Use letsencrypy.org to get https setup with nginx
[ ] Make sure we are following SSL best practices (https://github.com/ssllabs/research/wiki/SSL-and-TLS-Deployment-Best-Practices)
[ ] Make sure the site is capable of auto-updating of ssl certificates
