Check Directus data protection policy #20

Directus is likely to be handing personal data, so I need to make sure there's a data processing agreement in place for the Directus Cloud service. It's not publicly available, so have contacted them to see if it's possible.

That's a big fail - needs an enterprise agreement, or self-hosted. Which means not using it, probably... time for plan B.
