Turn into a proper Python package
Have upon installation the ability to deploy the HEPML Pipfile or subset of it to a new project directory
Add to PyPI
- If a user already has Python3 then they could just pip install the package (which would have pipenv as a dependency)

This should probably get turned into its own GitHub project board(?)
