chore: Show all institute logos on title slide

I restored the PDF and SVG files that were removed as it would be nice to have them on the title screen if there is time. I think we can worry about that later, but there is a branch fix/get-all-logos-on-title that if @jpivarski gets bored on Wednesday morning and want to fix things we can do from a PR from there.

The fix/get-all-logos-on-title branch has the following logos on it:

• American Family Insurance Data Science Institute Universityof Wisconsin-Madison (from https://datascience.wisc.edu/institute/about-afidsi/)
• University of Washington (from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:University_of_Washington_signature.svg)
