Unable to read dining options for Museum #3

Happened after i typed /dine us. Weird character for a food place in Museum. This results in me not being able to search it up specifically for /dineinfo unless i type /dineinfo d and look through all. image.png

instead of typing /dineinfo d to look for that outlet, u can use /dineinfo ucc or /dineinfo arts since it is mentioned in our user guide that u can search for outlets with keywords.

severity changed to low since it only occur in a few instances and there are methods as mentioned above to bypass this issue. symbols can be fixed by typing chcp 65001 before starting the application.
