BEQS #87

Hello,

This is a question rather than an issue. I saw that at some point this library may have supported BEQS queries but it does not seem to have any at the moment.

Would it be possible to reintegrate some minimal support for it? pdblp is a great library with very few dependencies, I would really like to be able to use it for this.

There is a pull request to integrate this here https://github.com/matthewgilbert/pdblp/pull/9. I have limited cycles to integrate this at this point, but you take a look there for the relevant functionality.
