SimpleDelay: Implement more delay algorithms #90

The Pirkle book has a bunch more algorithms for delay design. Would be worth investigating these further and consider implementing some of them to make this plugin a bit more interesting.

Possibly also rename it from simple delay if that stops being the case...!
