Missing features for "Motoko BigSearch"

Text sequences that tokenize into words
Search class that stores a "database" of text files
Search indexing that associates words with their occurrences and other metrics in a set of text files

Tested by hand with dfx this morning.

In the next PRs (to be determined), we need:

Unit tests that check the logic of BigSearch, indep of service state
(Eventually?) service-level tests of BigSearch (a la BigTest?); not sure yet how this adds to 1.
