Damage figures in tooltip are not modified #7

This is the main feature I want the mod for, so that the tooltips accurately reflect the expected damage of the ability.

I at first thought theorycraft was not reading spellpower at all... but that turns out not to be the case. Something must have broke in the pattern recognition and replacement logic.
