Redesign human engine scaling to smoothly scale predictably upward with each potential upgrade.
~Humans tend to get screwed on some maps at 9LY. So perhaps 9 range should NOT be their minimum. Maybe 10 would be more reasonable?
There is no fixing badly designed starmaps, but many are barely out of range with 9.X distance. So that might be a worth while compromise.~ (implemented phase 1)
Ideally: Scale travel distance to a number of turns at node speed at all levels???
