~Looks like some things are missing from the AI section affinities:~
maybe it'd be easier to give Zuul "War" sections as well (duplicate of armor) and lock it behind a tech they cannot get... just to make this file cleaner.

Do a scan of ALL ship mission sections in the designer, correct all designs that are off center.
liir command station animation is not working properly
Remove IND_AdvDreadEng from DNCarrier, the technology already requires it (duplicated)
Buff the damage estimates for armor piercing gauss a little bit above the regular ones. They are generally ... just better. Maybe put them in separate families so that the AI might use both types?
Rebalance the mining ships cargo capacity so they take an even number of turns to fill to capacity (use the mega stripmining version)
maybe AP rounds should require some more advanced tech.
maybe rather than boosting boarding pod HP, maybe boost their travel speed slightly?
zuul ER section is not all that much cheaper than Armor.... should probably be slightly more cheap (especially since they are kinda worthless)
??? Do grav shields block ballistics? The wiki says so?
??? I thought Deflectors were 100% immune to ballistics?
