Fix a few remaining issues

[x] speed/turning insanity for certain ship sections (At least DE disruptor and deflector sections). These are mission sections, but have turning as if they were command.
[x] Do a quick scan of all other sections to make sure they are not similarlly effected.
[x] rename the map names based on my modifications? Mini clusters is no longer mini?
[x] standardize tanker/refinery/support/ER explosion damage. (so we don't get strange auto-resolve outcomes)
[x] Confirm whether Zuul get any slave mortality bonus from incorporate or Subjugate -- Answer NO
[ ] Test 15LY trade sector size (long term test)
[ ] Find a way to test the Herald changes. (and determine if he ever attacks Zuul... probably not)

~Correct all sections that list socket_aft MissionNode or socket_fore MissionNode01 or socket_fore MissionNode02~
