Give zuul a fusion level speed boost of some sort #140

They need to have something in between 6 and 12 (probably 9)

also a slight range increase between 2 and 6 extra range
maybe this model? Species/_NPC/art/sections/Ripper_engine.X
- Hopefully this would look different than default zuul models

Name ideas:

Reinforced Containment
Plasma Induction
Hybrid Drive (AKA install a 2nd engine) It fits thematically.... 2 is better than one! Logic can be the radiation exposure is lethal... but zuul don't care. ---- Make it explode upon death like refineries
