Add missing crew to ship sections #91

Looks like some of the older sections don't have crew specified.

I don't know what crew actually accomplishes... but it should probably be made mostly consistent across the board. At least all ship sections should probably have it specified instead of omitted.

The values can be added now approximate, but may be tweaked later after I find out what crew does. #93
