This PR changes the download URL from:

https://rubjo.github.io/victor-mono/VictorMonoAll.zip

to:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rubjo/victor-mono/v1.5.6/public/VictorMonoAll.zip

to avoid potential hash check failed issues.
