Separate fixed and double-width versions of Nerd Fonts #89

Solves #16

Adds a separate -NF-Mono manifest for every Nerd Font which installs the fixed-width "Mono" versions of the font. Modifies the original -NF manifests so they install only the double-width versions, so the user would not end up with both versions (which can cause many programs to ignore the double-width version).
