CellModel should hook into a psuedo audio engine #1

eventually there is going to be a playback engine for sounds, and the model is going to have to connect to that somehow. come up with something to stand in for that engine so the model has something to grab onto.

eff it. there is now a basic synth engine that can play chords by name. Soon the Cell will hook into it.
