This is a dumping ground for general enhancement ideas.

If maximum configurability is going to be a goal of this project, then it should probably support aliasing of entity (map, monster, etc.) names, so that an administrator can switch the name if they wish without affecting existing users.

This only documents one new idea, which I don't think is worth creating a separate issue for at this point.
