Add SOT-353 and LQFP rotations #2

LQFP only tested with a LQFP-64. I guess the other LQFP will need the same rotation?

Thanks! Yes, I'm happy to generalize to other pin counts without testing, otherwise there's just too much testing to do. People are supposed to double check anyways if this turns out to be wrong.
