Add support for offset correction #94

@matthewlai Will this offset correction be added? I also find that the 3D viewer on JLCPCB do show my IDC-Header's being a bit offset after a rotation fix of 270 degrees.

p.s. I am using Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools which appears to your this repo for rotations, so I did not use the CLI interfaces of this project.
