@bernardofire For the new repo suggestions, like "flaming-ninja" as seen on https://github.com/new, there are two code paths. During the day time, when the ShipIt squirrels are awake, they feverishly paw out each new suggestion. It's like Mechanical Turk, but with animals. At night in US time zones, while the squirrels sleep, we have a programmed pool of adjectives and nouns that we draw from randomly.
