Optional cache for homebrew apps #42

My suggestion, is to add an optional cache for homebrew apps(like with the wii 
or gamecube loader) to dramaticly speed-up loading(at the cost of seeing new 
homebrew).

This cache should be optional and be turned off by default(unless you prefer 
on) so any misunderstandings can be avoided(such as: why are my new homebrew no 
found!??)

speed will be increased for sure when new category mode will be implemented. ;)
