Add outline view #10

It would be nice to be able to use the outline view when viewing feature files. The natural plugin (http://rlogiacco.github.com/Natural) does this, however, it is lacking several feature that this plugin has.

Great idea. We are in the process of consolidating the various Eclipse Cucumber plugins into a single standard plugin under the main cucumber github project. It would be great to incorporate this feature as well and I will post update and update to here once I have more information.
