Typo in locality ID 23970 #28

Hello, first up thanks for this incredible resource!

Latest update introduced a new ID 23970, suburb name "Glen InnesLAMBTON". Being a former resident of Newcastle, I'd suggest this one should simply be "LAMBTON". Though would also note this would make it a duplicate locality of ID 3415.
