LGA Corrections for Rockingham #29

Great work on the dataset!

Following are suggested corrections to the LGA Region for a number of suburbs in and around Rockingham, based on the City of Rockingham website.

These two entries should be Rockingham (ref), not Serpentine-Jarrahdale

These should be Kwinana (ref), not Rockingham

This dataset is great - Thank you! I also have some suggested corrections to the LGA Region for localities within post code 6076.

The LGA region for all localities with post code 6076 should be Kalamunda, not York
