Leading zero is part of the post code #33

Hi there,

Thanks for maintaining this awesome list, it is very helpful.

The leading zero in postcodes such as Brinkin, Darwin NT is 0810 are actually part of the post code. It's an easy fix on my end but I think it's important for data completion.

Auspost includes the zero https://auspost.com.au/business/marketing-and-communications/access-data-and-insights/address-data/postcode-data
