Create im config object? #18

In place of im.pi, im.bela and im.mobile (+ the firmata variant I've been planning)

As well as assigning sensor inputs, this could deal with other issues such as overall sensor range -- the current batch of arduino shields are not reaching max and so make things like inversion difficult to manage.
