Need a way to start/stop automated sequences #32

Current method with LFOs (see new im.acid help) doesn't cut it - one of the notes is played as it returns to zero.

We should have a convention for starting and stopping the LFO itself, which the phase reset suggested by @alexmlucas has helped facilitate. An on/off independent of the LFO speed.

A dedicated object with a BPM parameter would be nice, though.
