Add patchbox to documentation #36

Tested the SD card just now -- works well with the IM hardware out of the box, just need to install the im library!

This will be a good incentive to tidy up the Bela documentation as well (and ensure compatibility), since the current Raspberry Pi instructions seem to have taken over my notes.

correction - worked fine with jack set to 44.1/512/2, but fails on reboot until patchbox-config is run again with these settings

not booting with pd patch through the module either, yet..
