Implemented im.keyrelease and a simple help file.

nice one - deep in an edit now but will check it out and merge later. I've been using im.flip to do this..just spotted the absence of documentation there, but this dedicated object makes a lot of sense

@alexmlucas are you on windows, linux? there's a bit of a weird behaviour with keyboards on mac that I'm wondering if you've experienced (rapid retriggers)..I'm looking into it now, if I can't sort it quickly I'll get it up as an issue for later
