set all instrument units to trigger on pitch OR velocity #58

@alexmlucas I noticed a moment in the test workshop when you needed to reset an object on one of the instrument generators. I think I've fixed this now, but I'm going to add an argument/parameter to either trigger from the pitch or the velocity inlet.

if we were sticking to midi convention in pd I guess it'd be pitch only as hot, but I recall the reason for creating this was to avoid that positive/negative workaround.

if that causes an issue with how you work it'd be good to know, but it appears to work fine here and enables some fun interactions with an LFO on velocity input. will let you know when it's uploaded.

sorted..in my opinion this works really nicely, and hopefully matches what you were looking for -- type im.fizzy trigger:velocity on the next version to enter velocity-only trigger mode
