Add Twitter Card metadata for each elephpant page #23

In this way, when someone shares a link on Twitter to a specific elephpant URL, it will format nicely on Twitter.

Use the "Summary Card with Large Image:" https://dev.twitter.com/cards/types/summary-large-image
