Readme suggestion: Raspberry pi needs another package #92

I try to use weewx-interceptor on a raspberry pi and the suggested package python-libpcap caused an error (like this one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63941109/pcap-open-live-issue)

Could you please update the readme and mention, that in case of a raspberry pi,
sudo apt-get install python-pypcap is working.
