Support for the Logia 5-1 Weather Station (known as Bresser-6in1) #106

Hi all,

I had to make a new parser for the Logia 5-1 Weather Station (which is identified as a Bresser-6in1 model) I have gone ahead and wrote a new parser for this weather station. Am I able to go ahead and update sdr.py with the change?
