How is the station ID calculated? #7

When I use the Station ID from Windy.com, I get the following error:

ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10:

I have converted the hex ID to base 10 manually, but is this how to do it?

according to the windy.com spec, the station id is an integer

unless you have more than one station, just use '0'
