Driver not working -- syslog not defined #5

platform: BeagleBone Black Wireless OS: Ubuntu (based on Debian 9)

Log shows error: global name 'syslog' not defined.

Respondent to my group posting says that the plug-in needs to be updated to support WeeWX v4
