Compiled and run successfully, but Client doesn't find it #6

I built your source code and run it successfully, but Android client application (For example Torque) doesn't find it and says: failed to connect, try connecting wifi (2), . . . wifi (7), . . . and so on.

Both PC and Mobile connected to the same network; Although Mobile doesn't ping OBD broadcast:

PING 192.168.196.2 (192.168.196.2) 56(84) bytes of data.
