R package that constructs (non)additive genetic relationship matrices, and their inverses, from a pedigree to be used in linear mixed effect models (A.K.A. the 'animal model').
This branch was created to continue the transition and integration of the nadiv R package development into git as well as incorporate the new functions/changes/update the package.
This branch, therefore, has some redundant changes that are just the merging of files between git and the previous nadiv parent directory (outside of any sort of development environment) that comes from getting nadiv files under the git workflow.
Secondly, this branch has some changes from nadiv version 2.13.2 that weren't made directly to master branch.
