UI Consistency: As an Issuer, I should be presented with consistent timers across screens #32

The same timer (Time left to create your token) is represented in 2 different formats from one screen to the next. Both should use the format as seen on the "Choose Your Providers" screen.

Shannon Clarke I changed and upload to Invision the timers in sections: Token, Providers, STO. Gradient top-border should be animated. For example: https://codepen.io/mike-schultz/pen/NgQvGO.
