timetracking field #11

Is it possible to add time_tracking field which is on note form in mantis?

Thanks for your suggestion - I had a very quick look at this and I'm pretty sure it can be done. I won't promise a timeframe, but I checked the API and the necessary functionality is in place. I'll try to get at it, but in the following weeks I'll be occupied with work and private live.

@hybner: If you tell me the exact version of your netbeans installation (for 7.4 beta I'll need the exact nightly build), I'll do a test build. You can also checkoiut the master branch and build your-self.

Hi, I have stable version of Netbeans - 7.3 (Build 201306052037). Maybe I upgrade to 7.3.1.

It works fine. I was testing on NB 7.3.
