Add git commit hash to serial number #7

The adapter provides it's serial number to the PC when connected. It would be useful to also know the adapter's firmware revision. This could be realized by adding a commit hash to the serial number.

The commit hash has been added to the USB descriptor with commit c1a754b425260d6f20b8d4622c339ebd52617dce (available in version 2.6.0 and above).
