Very similar setup here, though on Ubuntu, mostly because of lazyiness. Found that it's really easy to run several PostgreSQL instances with docker, so today I mostly find myself "docker start pg13" before I start developing. And just discovered that it's quite easy to stick (and/or switch) to specific Node versions with snaps, not depending on the current version installed by Ubuntu with apt.
