Implement one-page-checkout (or something similar) #12

It should be possible to shorten the checkout process or even putting it on one page.

Yes, it should. We do not need an open ticket for that.

If this feature request comes up in a project of mine I'll implement it. Otherwise I'll just wait for a pull request :-)
