Allow users to specify location of downloaded artifacts #61

Hi,

Thanks for your work on BrendaPy. I have a request that may make it easier to maintain older installations of BrendaPy, as I noticed that the download for initiated by the package for version < 0.5.0 is no longer available. I would like to specify the location of these downloaded files so I can host them on my own infrastructure for long term usage. Is something like that possible? Thank you!
