Automatize deployment on develop server #550

Simple deployment script for

pulling changes
setting env variables
updating deployment containers
uploading info_nodes
uploading studies Necessary to
log progress
run in cron job

Deployment is now automatized. The main problem is pkdb_data which often contains merge conflicts which have to be resolved manually. This is mainly due to the TSVs. Currently, deployment is a single command, but manual checking is still required.
