Individuals are duplicated from table upload if no
"groupby": "name", is provided. This should not happen.
By default a groupby must happen on name for groups, interventions and individuals because this is the unique id these information is grouped on.
Perform groupby on name by default if mapping syntax is used (name:col==name).
E.g. torasemide/Spahn1990 if groupby is removed from individuals.
