Frontend build broken in deployment due to plotly update #662

Just some unlucky timing. Last deploy 5 hours ago worked, 4hr ago ploty released and frontend broken in the latest deployment to fix the download issue. https://www.npmjs.com/package/plotly.js Issue is now tracked on plotly tracker https://github.com/plotly/plotly.js/issues/5182

Fixed by dependency updates.
