Implement Curation of liver resection as intervention

This could include:

• the resection rate [%; dimensionless] for the "value" field
• the type of resection, i.e. minor, major or tri-, bi-, monosegmentectomy or right, left lobectomy as "choice"

Right now there is only the measurement_type "liver operation" with choice "hepatectomy"
