@ReneGeci Thanks for the report. We will have a look. This could definitely be a bug. Make sure you have not activated any filter in the frontend. The download contains only the subset of data selected in the frontend.
I could reproduce the error. Will be fixed.

this problem seems to persist. is there anything i can do to work around this? i also tried to download subsets of the data, but that seems not to work either...

today I downloaded the entire database via https://pk-db.com/ because it looked like there was data added to it.
Because the download window (as well as the website itself) indicate that there should be 5562 timecourses.
However, after download, the timecourse.csv file only contains 3318 rows. This is not only less than the website/download window suggests it should have, but also less than it was previously.
Is this a bug?
