Better combine archive browser

COMBINE archives (OMEX files) are the central piece of information for tellurium web. There specification is described in http://co.mbine.org/specifications/omex.version-1.pdf and the Bergmann2014 paper.

Important functionality is to have a COMBINE archive browser which allows to display the content and associated information of COMBINE archives. The available information is hereby

• content of zip file
• list of files with additional information like format in the manifest file
• metadata information for files (which can consist of RDF, XML) and is encoded in the metadata.rdf or metadata.xml. The information includes things like file history (creator, modified) and annotations to ontologies.

The main taks Develop a combine archive browser which allows

• [x] easy access to information (zip archive and combine archive) with the respective metadata when selecting files in the file tree An example of how something like this could look is provided in https://cat.bio.informatik.uni-rostock.de/

In the long it must be possible to edit the content of the archive and change the metadata information, e.g.

• [x] update of meta information and manifest information (e.g. add authors, add annotations)
• [x] adding, removing and modifying of files
